All services provided by Felice Design are subject to the following terms and conditions. If purchasing
a product from Felice Design you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

Quotes

All quotes will be honored for 30 days from the date of delivery to
the prospective client.

Payments

Payment is required up front at the time of order. No exceptions. Felice Design does not provide refunds unless agreed upon by BOTH Felice Design and the client

Completion Date

Felice Design does not guarantee specific dead lines because each project is unique and the time needed to complete it will vary by project. Felice Design will however keep in close contact with the client and provide them with status updates.

Alterations and Use.

Your design is yours to use in any way you see fit to advertise your business. You may not however resell or redistribute the design to others. No alterations or revisions of any kind are allowed without direct written permission from Felice Design. Felice Design retains the right to use all designs created on my website portfolio.

Charge backs

Felice Design will not hesitate to take legal action to recover funds taken through fraudulent credit card charge backs. To request a charge back for a valid transaction is considered fraud.
